are most synthetic oils the same or are some better than others. Can all be used for boat moters.Heard Amsoil the best.Is it true you get better performance and less smoking.

Had my yamaha 150 rebuilt peranoid switching oils.could use some opinions

4 stroke or two stroke? I know Amsoil makes one called HP Injector made for dfi engines. If you have a four stroke it would be something else. Fleet Farm sells it for 25 or so a gallon. I have bought some to try in my optimax but waiting to use up the merc oil first.
