I am looking at purchasing an Alumacraft trophy 180. Just wondering how well this boat would work for backtrolling.

It does have a 25" transom, but still seems a little low in the transom. Will I have issues with water coming over the back of the boat?

Plan on gettting splash guards. I know its not a tiller boat, but just wondering how well it would perform while backtrolling.
