Chance to pick up an oil injected 30 Yamaha tiller. Have a 25 now w/o oil injection. Will 5 hp make much difference w/a 650 lb. boat? Thanks, Rivernut.

I dont think you will gain much but if you can sell yours for what your paying for the new one go ahead. I had a 25 horse oil injected yamaha and that engine was bulletproof and fastest 25 horse I have seen.

That's what I was wondering. if it's worth the hasstle of buying one motor and selling another, all for 5 hp. Thanks for the reply.

i was thinking the same thing, that your really not going to gain anything, just depends on how much you have to fork out for the new motor.
