Difference between Ifinder and Ifinder H2O?

I think the H20 is the newer unit and is somewhat waterproof. I bought an IFinder Pro about 3 years ago and sort of kick myself for not spending the extra 25 or so for the H20.

Then you have to talk yourself out of only getting thet B&W unit or popping for the color. I have the B&W but have read a lot here that would push me to color for the next unit.
