Lee - that was just a ring of venison kielbasi sliced then heated up in a small pot on top of the "sportcat" heater. The sauce was real simple...

equal parts(half a bottle) cheap BBQ sauce and cheap ranch dressing that I added some garlic powder to, some Franks red hot, and I know it sound gross but there was a few tablespoons of grape jelly in there too for a little sweetness...

BTW - nice job on the crappies there...
