CNY Tim
Having a problem with the roof line edge/weather stripping top of the windshield area. Upon heavy rains water is seeping behind the weather stripping and in to the headliner where we notice moisture behind the left side dome light area. Sometimes on a corner it will drp pretty good between the dome lights. Paint has bubbled along the edge of the weather stripping and I believe the water is getting in behind the weather stripping. Thanks for the lousy primer GM... Thinking of doing a quick fix along the entire roof side edge of the weather stripping with some clear caulk to see if it will keep the moisture out. Any recommendations as far as sealant for this?
Scott K
I would bring it into a boddy shop they will find and repair it for you. And usually for cheap!
Jeremy airjer W
I'll second the body/glass shop. How about urethane window adhesive? Tape off the areas you don't want this stuff to get on!!!
