when to uncover roses

Seems like an untimely question with all the snow coming, but when is the best time to dig up or un "tip" roses.

Tough call this winter, and yes, I did not say spring for a reason.

I'd say that after next week, you should be okay.

I have this feeling that Monday we're going to wake up and it'll be summer by April 20th.

80's and 90's until September 5th, when we get our first 10" snow fall of the 2008-2009 season.
