2 yr old Red Setter Peeing Everywhere

We just returned from a 5 day trip to discover that my Red Setter had peed in the house in more than 40 places. We have three dogs, 2 female(fixed) and my male setter(intact). He has always had issues with peeing in the house. He does it so quickly that I have only caught him once.

When we go hunting, I have to wait until he has peed himself out before he will get to business.

This seems like so much more than "Marking". He has never shown any signs of aggression.Our vet said that denutting him now probably won't change this behavior.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Any solutions?

Keep the ecollar on him and try your hardest to catch him in the act.
