I was in Bismarck over Easter weekend and noticed that the river was open as far as I could see north and south of the I-94 Bridge with several boats out... Anyone been out fishing on the river yet?

14 pounder caught there recently with reports of a 13# caught too, but further upstream. I was told the 14 was caught from shore.
