i am going to be walleye fishing the fox river for the first time in the middle of april. i am looking for any pointers or hints. i fish the st. croix by prescott wi. frequently, should i use the same tactics? ie. jig and minnow. any help would be greatly appreciated.

  We're usually fully stocked but you caught me on a bad night! Tuesday night is usually "board meeting" night if you know what I mean. Stop in and have a tasty beverage some Tuesday night after these holidays are over and things get back to normal.
