Question

have a truck with code on, switched maf sensor with a known good one. reset codes and still comes up?problem started when a stick got jamed under truck near oxy sensor, the one after the converter. wires are still attached, sensor not snapped off, but can see where stick prob hit it. are these 2 components tied together? or any other places to look?

Did the stick damage the outside casing to the rear o2 sensor, is it bent? If so replace the o2! As for the code 102, a few other things can set this code, low rpm, vacuum leaks, open wires. The hesitation is usually a maf concern.

Wow, the second 0-2 fuse repair I have ver heard of. First one was from Airjer (I think) on here.

I would drive and see it blows again, if so replace that 0-2 sensor (like 4wanderingeyes said) or keep replacing fuses. It could have caused a slight tear in wire of internal connection inside of 0-2, causing it to short to ground, thus blowing fuse.

Good luck.

Worst case, your fuel econ is going to drop or cause melting further up in wiring. IMO
