Every one I know is In agreement that the new 2008 Fish Licenses are good through April but a few people I know are convinced the law took effect for 2007 just wondering if anyone has talked with a DNR officer about this. Just don't want any one i know getting a ticket. I'm convinced that i need to buy a new one after Feb 29th, so i all ready did and whats a months time to make sure?

Your current '07 licencse is good until April 30th. If you are on the water on May 1st you will need to have purchased your new license which will then be good until April of 09. April 30 this year is the majic date. Good luck and hang on. Bill
