I have a zercom and a vexilar. My first choice is the zercom. I've never had any problems whatsoever. However, I've been told that the reason they no longer mfr. the Zercom is due to numerous problems with several of them. From what I have been told if you have a zercom and it works when it is new you shouldn't have any problems down the road, However, about 35 % of the units had major problems even when the units were new. If yours works now you should be good to go. Don't get me wrong Vexilar makes a great flasher also.
