cool coloration

Well, this isnt my pic or fish. But my uncle sent it to me and I thought I'd share it. It was caught in Alaska last summer and it is a sockeye salmon. Cool coloration during their spawning run!

They sure look like prehistoric monsters when they run up the rivers to spawn. Thanks for sharing it with us. Plus, it's a summer pic, and those are looking PRETTY good right now.

I hope I don't get that big of a hump just before I take the great swim up the river. Nice fish though.

I just have to get up there and catch one myself now! What an amazing state Alaska is. Ive never really heard of anyone going there and not being blown away by its beauty and uniqueness!
