What type of generators are people using in their fish houses? What are you using them for and what are the pros and cons of the particular brand. KOOBA

Kooba: The only one to get is a Honda, either the 1000 watt or the 2000 watt.. They are the quietest and lightest weight. Prices are coming down and they are the most reliable too. I have the 1000 watt, and it doesn't bust a gut to lift it, I think it's less than 30 lbs. I use it to run the microwave and to charge my deep cell batteries with a 50amp output charger. I'm not sure about the warrenty as I never have had to take it in during the three years I've had it. I have used it for a 36 hour period one time when the power was off at home, and it ran the furnace, TV and several lights. In my book it's the best. It even powers my Ham HF radio in the fish shack with out any interference. You can't go wrong with this one...Kaz
