Floor Jack Problems

Help! I needed my floor jack last night but after it getting up half way, I could only pump it up like about 1/2 inch every pump - Does anyone know if this is because of the cold or is something else happening to the jack. Thanks!

Its more than likely low on fluid.

I would agree that it probably needs fluid. Mine leaks and I have to fill it every few months or so. Make sure you fill it when it's in the down position.

Sounds like a good reason to head to Sears to buy one of those new lightweight quick pump floor jacks!
