icefisher4ever
We have a yamaha grizzly 600 and a yamaha bear tracker 250 and they both leak gas if you dont shut the little valve to off. And if you do forget to switch it to off you will walk out in the morning to find a good size puddle of gas. I doesnt put a huge dent in the gas tank for leaking but it tends to add up and with plowing snow and what not thats the last thing i need is that grizzly leaking gas. So any help would be great. Macgyver55
Sounds like leaking needle seats in the carbs. Also check the fuel lines and connections.
BobT
On my Kawi there is a drain for the carburator bowl and I had a similar problem. I noticed it was coming from a tube so tracked it to the drain. Tightened the valve on it and so far the problem seems to have been solved.Bob
Little_Bones
Had the same problem in 2 of my Kawi. For a while I could tighten the carb drain, eventually had to get a new screw with the o-ring. Didn;;t cost mush. Cousin is having the same proble with a yama. He just shuts off the gas as he won't see to invest the couple bucks to get new screw.. spearchucker
Make sure it isn't the float sticking. This can cause the cylinder to flood and fill your crankcase with gas.
