wheel house problem and solution

I have an older model Ice Castle with no springs, just the long arms to raise and lower the house. This year I was getting the house ready and found the arms were rusted tight to the axles. I drilled holes in the outer sleeves and tapped them and screwed in grease zerks. About a tube of grease later and problem fixed. If any one has one of these houses or one like it, its a good idea to do this before it happens. I bought the tap and drill and the grease fittings at Northern for under $10.
