how much mayo in fish recipie

Im attempting to make the fish w/ mayo and cheeze tonite. I was wondering how much mayo you use, and how long do you cook it for at what temp?

Deitz posted on the easy panfish recipe thread to coat it with mayo. I am thinking it is just a thin coat, just enough to get the cheese to really stick good. I don't think you want it sloppy.
