fisherking01 Posted January 2, 2008 Author Share Posted January 2, 2008 That's my staple "go to " cure. I use it for fish, chicken, pheasant........ I recently tried a cider brine, won't be doing that again! I also used a maple syrup cure and a honey cure. I like the old standard Go to cure the best of those.
