Bass-n-Spear Glad to hear you found some clear water BUT did you find some pike to spear? I was hopeing to get up that way and do some spearing myself,but with all this snow comeing down every day,I cant find the time to finish my wheelhouse!(snowblowing my 100yard driveway everyday)Oh-Well mayby next week I can go fishing! Good Luck on your trip,Take lots of photos and be SAFE!!

efgh.. Did you know there is actually a limit on those mussel shells, they're Mussels not Clams btw. An angler is allowed 24 dead whole mussel shells or 48 halves!!!

I do know of folks who've been ticketed on the LOTW for placing a variety of things in their spear holes so it's for sure illegal. If I remember right the last ticket I'm aware of someone getting was $177.50, that was for crushed dolomite in the hole a couple years back.
