Spinner / Teaser

Can anyone give me some info on purchasing a "teaser" spinner... Saw one last year that ran on a D size battery, just a small, always on type spinner. Had the info written down, but do you think I can find it.. any help would be appreciated.

I used to jig a dardevle off and on as a teaser to draw in a fish or two.

But I know about the teaser you're talking about.
