fishhook8 Posted December 9, 2007 Share Posted December 9, 2007 Cut the meat into strips marinade (I like teriyaki)Cut up a whole onion, add onion to hot oiled pan, remove the onion when 3/4 cooked,brown the meat, put the onion back in, add a little more marinade, start adding your favorite veggies, I like mushrooms, carrots, red/green/yellow peppers, mushrooms what ever else you like. can be used as a fajita,over chinese noodles, rice. Works great in a fishouse complete meal in a pan. Pheasant works good also, sometimes I add vension and pheasant in the same pan. Excellent leftovers.
