TylerS
Well, from what I've gathered in the six years I've been here is as follows: 1) There aren't many good fishing spots close to Grand Forks that everybody and his brother don't already know about. 2) When a new spot is found and the word gets out (which it usually does) you have approximately one week to get your keester out there before every jumbo perch, slab crappie or eater walleye is taken out. 3) Your best bet is to make the drive West to Devils Lake or East to Minnesota lake country (i.e. Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Alexandria, etc.) and last, but not least... If you DO find a good spot SHUT UP ABOUT IT...and then send me a PM with the location...
