We are looking for someone to be interviewed tomorrow that has fallen through the ice and would be willing to talk about it. I had an email from someone that bought suits from us last year and had fallen through on Mille Lacs but I can't find their names. Please send me an email if you would be willing to talk for a few minutes on camera about your experience and if you think Arctic Armor (the cold weather suit that will float you) is a good choice for winter wear.

I went threw on Twin lakes by Nowthen back in the eighties. We where walking out of the swamp on north end (by island) and pulling sled. Sure enough, down I went. It was boggy and about 4-5 feet deep. The shear pain of the cold water hitting you does feel like a thousand knives poking you at once. I was able to be pulled out by my buddy who lived on lake and we went back to his house.

Sure makes me think twice when cutting threw cat tail and hitting main lake. Look out for soft spots.
