While I certainly understand your comment, there is a tremendous amount of history associated with this situation, most of which took place prior to your becoming a valued member of this site.

Rest assured, many of us are glad to see Dan back in the picture here.

I'm not trying to say, "You just don't understand", but rather, "Please ignore us while we slap a few backs and welcome a good friend back to the group".
