spring goose

i know this is a bit premature asking this but i like to plan ahead. what kind of spring goose hunting is there around like sioux falls sd, fargo or bismark nd, as i frequent these areas now and then?

If you are at the right place at the right time the snow goose hunting is FANTASTIC!!!

There is some excellent light goose action just to the west of the soiux falls area. The key to spring goose hunting is to stay on top of the migration and be ready to go in a short amount of time. As far a time of the spring the weather will dictate what part of spring to go. Can be anywhere from early march to the end of march around the souix falls area..

yeah you gotta be ready to go in a moments notice. best days weatherwise to hunt are crappy foggy sleeting days right after a nice warm day with a south wind.
