Where to go around Barnesville, MN?

Anybody hunt within an hour of Barnesville, MN? I'm going to be up there and have never looked into any spots.

Also, any pheasants in that area??? Thanks.

Lots of good WPAs NE of you, I would do some scouting up there.

There is alot of public land to the east of Barnesville. The pheasant numbers are starting to get higher but the Fargo-Moorhead crowd really hits that area hard during the first few weeks of the season. There is also alot of public land around Hawley that is good for ducks.
