I seen in one of your earlier pics here, that you have the Anchor Mate on your boat. I also see that you have the crank mounted on that back plate of your boat (Not sure what it's called). How does that work for winding the rope up evenly? Do you have to guide the rope on? And are you happy with the Anchor Mate?
