Siezed motor?? - Help

I have a 1988 Ebbtide fish/ski with a Johnson 150 on it. I'm 99% sure the top half of the motor is junk. I can't get the starter to turn it over, even with the plugs out.

I don't know what to do with it. I think it's too old of a boat to be worth putting a new motor on it.

It has a nice shorelander trailer, and the boat is in decent shape. Do any of you guys have any advice?

Sell it out for parts on the For Sale section, that is the best way to sell it. Don't even think about fixing the motor it will cost over $ 1500 just for the powerhead.
