Depends on the city. Check with your local officials. You can start by calling your city hall or local sheriffs department.

I would call the city, maybe the DNR for what might be special assigned hunts to thin out the deer. I know up around the TC they have many special lottery type drawings and I would guess the size of Rochester you could have something also.

yes roch does have a city bowhunt program, i know they give out a number of permits and im guessing theres some kinda class or test you have to pass to get one, i would check with the city offices out past the prison by the recycle plant
