I want to put a nother battery in my boat so if I'm running the depth finder and the radio it don't go dead my ? is there are two wires that feed the fuse box and then the two that goe to the motor can I just put the two heaver wires to one battery and the two smaller wires to the other. I hope that is clearer than mud thanks

If that's all you have for connections to your starting battery your plan as described will work.

Realize that your accessory battery will not be charged by the starting motor and will need to be recharged separately.
