Question regarding the "Attack Shack".....

Scotteye

Question

Last ice-fishing show Banks Outdoors had a plastic mold ice-fishing/hunting shelter that had windows and a hitch. I am interested in getting one, but I would like to hear any thoughts, positive or negative, about the house (The "Attack Shack"). I've never seen one on the ice, which is a concern of mine. The other down fall is that the "ice hole" is down a tube, so you cannot see your boober from a clear angle. I hope there are a few people that know what I am talking about.

I can't help you as I have not seen or used one. But it does look pretty cool. I'd like to have something to keep the wind out and be lightweight to move out onto the ice. I've never been a fan of driving the p/u out on the ice. Pretty versatile as you can load it in the pickup bed or tow it with an ATV/Snowmobile. Nice find!

I don't know how long these have been out, maybe they were brand new? You can always be the first and give your review come hard water time wink.gif

Maybe post your question on the ice fishing forum as well? I would want to know about the build quality and overall weight prior to getting serious. To get around the bobber/sleeve issue, could you drop an underwater camera down the opposite hole?

Oops, looks like you already posted in ice forum.
