Sturgeon Bay This Weekend

Going to be in Sturgeon Bay this weekend and am going to try and make time to fish for smallies in between slamon trips- never been there, never fished any big water like that before, not likely I will ever be back (pretty much a one time deal)_- and am wondering if anyone could share some info that would help increase the chance of success - general areas/types of locations/good baits for this time of year.

Have access to a bass boat while there.
