Pavers on old concrete steps

I want to try this but where do you find pavers 1 inch thick? I went to the big chain stores. They have 1" inch by 2foot square that look like concrete. i am looking for colored ones? Any one ever do this? I could use some suggestions.

Have you tried a masrony supply store? They might have what you are looking for.

I have seen what you are looking for, my parents had some reddish ones but I don't know where they got them.

If you don't need alot of them why don't you get a wet saw and cut some down to size? You can rent one for under a $100 a day.

I beleive I saw them at Menards. they were 4x8x1.5" thick. Will they work? Also they were in different colors
