we are going to be staying at baker park friday through sunday and plan on doing some muskie fishing.What kind of structure should we look for and what kind of baits should we throw.Thanks

I just got back from there. We stayed Monday June 25

through Monday July 1. Got one fish, mid thirties.

Lots of lookers, but no takers. There were people

fishing for them all over the lake. We marked lots

of fish suspended over 15-20 fow. Tried everything

I had in my box..nothing. Then,while fishing for walters

we had one slam the leech!!

That place is a complete zoo out there with recreational

traffic. You better get to the launch early if you want to get on the water. We found a nice one floating belly-up

too bad, but there are plenty more there. The point on the

right straight out from the ramp can be hot at times.

We tried the full moon thing, but couldn't raise one.

well we just got back and it was pretty slow.There was alot of surface weeds so i just started throwing bass spinnerbaits and got 4 bass and a 13inch muskie.
