Walleye Stir Fry Help?

A couple of months ago, I was watching a fishing show and the Guide made a shore lunch of Walleye Stir Fry.

I think it was Kent Hurbeck outdoor's but could be wrong.

They fried the fish in chunks, then set it aside. Stir fried all kinds of veggies, put in some oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, and hot salsa.

Then they threw the fish back in.

Does this recipe ring a bell to anyone? Does anyone have a similar recipe ?

I think it sounds awesome, but I need more details.

I think I saw that show you are talking about. I want to say it was Midwest Outdoors, but I could be wrong. I wish I could remember the recipe too, it looked awesome. It sounds like the one you have is pretty close though.
