Carp in the Kakagon or Fish Cr. Sloughs????

Has anyone seen Carp in the Kakagon or Fish Creek Sloughs???? I'm looking to practice my archery skills on these fish.

Not sure if you can bowfish for carp in the lake itself.. Will have to check.. I thought, only the Fish Creek up to the junction of the north and south fork is open.. And that is only open until July 1...

I would check with a warden first.. I could be wrong, but this is what I thought I was told awhile ago...
