Can someone give me their recomendations on a good generator and a place around st. cloud to get it.

And about what size I would need to run the lights, radio, and a couple other small thing in my fish house.

Why not look into a good power inverter, they only cost a few dollars more than a small generator and they make very little noise. Nothing worse than having to listen to someone's generator running next door all afternoon when you trying to enjoy the piece and quite.

I assume that by power inverter you mean a device that converts DC power to AC? If so what are you going to use for the DC source? Your gonna need huge bank of batteries, and then how do you keep them topped off? A power inverter is good for plugging things into a vehicle that has a constant power source topping off the battery, but with a fish house this is not a great option from a storage and cost stand point.

By the way,..if you buy a good generator it won't bother you or anyone even close to you.
I can't hear my generator inside my house and it is sitting right outside my door. But yet I can hear others nearly a 1/2 mile away.

Spend the money on a good Honda and everyone will be happy.
