mjhowe
While hunting elk last week, at about 7,000 feet, the lake we were camped next to had ice on it 2 mornings in a row! the only open water was where the creek came in. In fact the 2nd day, the sun was shining on it for about an hour before it started melting!! I was fly fishing and was tempted to throw a fly on the ice and watch the fish bump their heads!!!Anyone else had a glimpse of hard water yet?Mike HoweKalispell, MT
