hoggs222
I sprayed the lawn down with ortho weed b-gone. Any idea on how soon you can mow? I couldn't find it online or in the directions.
harvey lee
When i spray my lawn for broadleafs with 2-4-d, I usually wait until the weeds have had some good sunshine to take in the chemical. When its dry, it may take a little longer for the weeds to absorb the chemical.I will mow my lawn a day or two later if there has been sunshine for 4-5 hours. This has always worked well for me and I always have a good kill. No spray needed this year as the lawn is so thick, only two of those little yellow flowers appeared.I would give it one day and you should be good to go. bigdog
I let it go a day. If you find you have to do repeat applications of weed killer add a tablespoon of liquid laundry detergent per gallon. This wets the leaves better.
