carp vs bullheads

Ive been carp fishing at a lake where i usually catch alot of carp.But everytime i go all i get is bullheads.I use corn,bread,and worms and still get bullheads.Not really sure what to do now.Any help with this would be great.Thanks

Try fishing a little higher off bottom.

ive been fishing on the bottom.So should i use a bobber or somthing?

A bobber or a floating jig, a couple feet of bottom will help. Bullheads are bottom huggers, if your hook is any where near the bottom the carp wont get a chance to grab it before the bullheads do.

no i dont go all the way over there.I just fish the "local" pond,Penn lake
