The carp are in on Tonka

I was just out on tonka bass fishing and the carp are everywhere in the shallows. We probably saw a few hundred in the channel leading into Victoria Lake. Go get 'em, guys!!

Out of curiosity, did you get a water temp?

Dang it, i didn't. He has one on his boat and I just forgot to look. Sorry. BTW, these fish were monsters, bigger than anything I've caught outta the 'sippi. I'd say most of the females were in the 20-25 lb range, and there were a few bigger than that.

yea the carp are thick. i have been out there just about everyday fishin. i keep bringin my bow with but the wind has been bad for the last couple weeks
