replace a prop hub

I noticed that the inner rubber seal on the hub in my 9.9 kicker was looking kind of cracked. How do I go about: getting a new hub and installing the new hub? Is this basic mechanical stuff or will I need to make 3 trips to the hardware store?

First off... you won't find the parts you need at a hardware store. Second... before you go to all the work and bother, are you sure the hub is broken? Often they paint the rubber and the rubber looks cracked but isnt. Be sure its slipping first. At our marine repair shop we usually just replaced the prop, it was much faster and cheaper for the customer.
