Problems with 75hp E-Tec

I have been having problems with my brand new 75hp E-Tec motor. I troll cranks mainly and after 2 hours of trolling the motor builds up and will not run right. After 2 hours of trolling it starts to run rough and shuts down. I have had it back to the dealer twice and they can not find out what is wrong with it. Has anyone else encountered the same problem? I need some suggestions.

I have had something like that happen to an old motor of mine, well it was new at the time. It had a bad fuel pump in it, when I would troll it couldnt keep up to the slow speed, but when I drove it faster it was fine. Try pumping the primer ball a couple times to see if its loosing its prime. It may also have an air leak in the fuel hose somewhere.

It may also be to rich and flooding itself out, or to much oil injected.

Third time is a charm. They finally figured it was the fuel injector. Should have the part by Thursday and be done later that day. New motors should not have this problem but hopefully this is it.
