Bullet trap for indoor shooting?

Howdy All...

I'm planning to set up a small single shooting lane in my basement. It will be 10 yards deep, well ventilated, and sound insulated. Safety being #1, the walls, ceiling and floor of the lane will "direct" any stray rounds to the back wall. The "backstop" has been carefully thought out and tested to be able to stop a .45ACP semi wadcutter dead in it's tracks with ZERO splatter. Now I'm on to the actual bullet trap.

I have a full size design, capable of containing centerfire pistol rounds, up to .44mag, that I will be building when finances permit. However, in the mean time, I'd like to set this up using one of the commercially available pellet/.22 rimfire traps. I've seen a few that can be purchased through the chain stores and was wondering if these are a good choice...

Anyone out there with experience with these?

On a side note...

Gents... I may have found a "keeper"!!! Last week while at Gander, my GF asked me "which handgun should I start out with?" shocked.gif Wanting to "strike while the iron was hot", we put a pair of Ruger match grade .22's on layaway until our "permits to purchase" arrive. (Yeah. I know... Matching .22's... Ain't that cute... grin.gif)
