Gorilla Charger installed

Recommended Posts

Off and on, for about 2.5 hours on saturday afternoon. The hardest part was trying to figure out where to run the wires along the frame of my truck up to the battery. I did need to splice the original wire but it is all hooked up for now. In two weeks will be the big test as to whether or not this system works. I am betting it does.....

The gorilla charging system uses the tow vehicles alternator to maintain the charge of the tow vehicle as well as charge up the 24v of trolling motor batteries in my boat. It will also charge up to 36v of batteries, but I need to make some more wires for those trips up north when I don't have access to electricity.

Yes, I forgot to take pictures but I can do that later this week, if I can find the time that is......
