Messy Lakes

I went out to a new lake yesterday and was astounished at the sight of the lake. My friend had been out there a couple of times before so we decided to head out there for some crappie fishin. It was horrible out there, trash all over the place, empty propane canisters, perfectly good northerns thrown out, and then while we were sitting out there fishin, two guys took to cruising around and through the group of ice houses around ours.

I hope to never see any lake so mistreated ever again. I must say I was very dissapointed in the people who fish that spot on a regular basis.

I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED TO HERE THIS. WHY WOULD SOMEBODY WASTE GOOD NORTHERNS. THAT IS WHY THE FISH POPULATION IS GOING DOWN. DUE TO THE CARELESSNESS OF OTHER FISHERMAN. THIS ALSO MAKES US FISHERMAN LOOK BAD. I MYSELF WOULD NEVER WASTE FISH. IS IT THAT HARD TO JUST PUT IT BACK DOWN THE HOLE

I've come onto a couple lakes and found trash left behind...I personally clean any mess i make. I also may throw a small pikeral on the ice but we also have a bunch of eagles around who sure do appreciate it. I look down at those who don't respect our waters..leaving a mess just makes it harder down the road for people like us who make a point of "leaving like you found it" except maybe a few less fish...he he he ...

I forgot to add this... Most of the fishermen I see do keep things clean..But theres always one bad apple in the bunch..If you see someone trashing the place GIVE'EM HELL..!

If these animals keep leaving there mess on the lakes you know who will be on are a$$es the good old goverment thats all we need. So clean up your mess! Do you think these peoples houses and garages look like this?
