2 line legislation

I have lost touch with the subject of allowing 2 lines for fishing in MN. Did it pass, is it dead ,or still in the works ??

I looked on the legislation web site. Could not find any schedule or much of anything else. The bill is BHF0191 by Heidgerken. My take would be that it is moving very slow if anything.

The last that I saw on the bill is that it was laid over for inclusion in the Omnibus Game and Fish bill. I don't believe any action has been taken on that yet.
