motor oil??

So I just pulled the boat out today and checked the motor oil on the dip stick and noticed it had a white thick color to it..the motor was in for service over the winter and the dealer changed the oil. Is this something for winterizing?? or do I have bigger problems.... The motor is a 2005 Mercury 115 4 stroke.. any help on this would be great, thanks.

Did you check the oil more than once? If you did and the oil still looked milky, I would say that your dealer did not change your oil! Better check your lower unit also!
